- We currently ship across India.
- For international shipping requests, please contact us directly at contact@aaliacreation.com before placing an order.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email and shipping notification email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery time varies based on location:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Please note, delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by factors such as weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available for certain products or during promotional periods.
- Standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on delivery location and order size.
- Any additional taxes, duties, or surcharges (if applicable) will be informed at checkout.
5. Delivery Partners
- We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status on our courier partner’s website.
7. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure you provide the correct and complete delivery address at checkout.
- Aalia Creations will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

- In case of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner, and resolution will be provided based on their findings.
9. Damaged Packages
- If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
- If the product inside is damaged after accepting delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and order details for further assistance.
